This position is located in the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships (DRR), Headquarters or Dallas Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and provides support in the area of contract oversight related to the resolution of financial institutions.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify for CG-13: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in monitoring contracts for performance, efficiency, value, and continuing need; preparing contract solicitation packages, drafting statements of work; preparation of government cost estimates, evaluate contract proposals/applications; accepting deliverables; reviewing and approving contractor invoices.
To qualify for CG-14: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 13 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in monitoring contracts for efficiency, value, and continuing need; oversight management; preparation of contract solicitation packages, drafting statements of work; preparation of cost estimates, approving invoices and accepting deliverables; evaluating contract proposals/ applications; monitoring contractor performance; ensuring contract ceiling amounts are not exceeded and invoices are accurate and reasonable for the work being performed; and identifying acquisition/procurement services need to support the Program Office mission.
