This position is located at US Mint,Headquarters - Office of the Director/Office of the Chief Administrative Officer. As a HR Specialist (Human Resource Development (Learning, Development, and Analytics Specialist), you will provide assistance in performing, monitoring and supporting human resources initiatives.

Duties

As a HR Specialist (Human Resource Development (Learning, Development, and Analytics Specialist), you will: Design, create, and develop learning interventions to meet organizational development needs. Provide expert level advice in the areas of training and career development to top management and supervisors on a wide variety of highly complex talent development initiatives, issues and problems that may arise. Independently or collaboratively develop and explore alternative learning solutions and recommends new or modified training and development programs to management. Develop and finalize human capital data briefings, learning and development plans, training guides and instructions, and other substantive material for use by management officials, and the manufacturing field sites in administering training/development programs.

Requirements

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Be sure all experience is documented in your resume by indicating place of employment, job title, length of time performing the duties, and the name and contact information for the supervisor. We must be able to verify this experience in your resume in order for you to receive credit. Specialized experience is one year of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent in the Federal service. The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector. Specialized is experience is defined as experience that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience evaluating and delivering training courses; AND Experience providing training recommendations to management officials; AND Experience generating data and reports to assess agency needs. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
