This position is located within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent will serve as the Administrative Officer to one of the one mission delivery or mission enablement offices within the OCIO and is responsible for assisting and advising the assigned Office's Deputy Director and / or Office Director on budget and financial strategies. This position is the central point-of-contact for the assigned Office's budget formulation and executive matters.

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-12.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience advising senior managers on the proper and efficient use of human, financial, technology, or physical resources to achieve organizational goals: AND
Experience overseeing administrative personnel actions as assigned; AND
Experience providing administrative planning and oversight for special and continuing programs.
