This position is located at US Mint,Denver - MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT/Plant Manager CO/ESHE CO. As an UTILITY SYSTEMS REPAIRER OPERATOR, you will perform operation and maintenance duties for the building utility systems; including water, water treatment, waste water pre-treatment, building piping plumbing systems, and compressed air systems. .

Duties

As an UTILITY SYSTEMS REPAIRER OPERATOR, you will: Operate, maintain and keep in good operating condition the wastewater pre- treatment plant. Service and clean all equipment, including, but not limited to, strainers, filters, probe assemblies, flow meters, tanks, lubricators and regulators. Read and record data, and change charts as necessary on steam monitors, water meters, utility monitoring devices and used oil and fuel tanks and associated level and leak detection equipment, daily. Keep Mint water system in good operating condition by operating and inspecting pumps and checking piping, valves, regulators throughout the pretreatment process. Install, repair and maintain reducing valves and stations, vacuum pumps, expansion locks, circulating pumps, gauges and pressure regulators to maintain the proper operation of the system.
