This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO-Treasury Operations. As a/an Maintenance and Operations General Foreman, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and repair to all utilities and structures on Treasury Campus.. Duties

The following are the duties of this position at the WS-14. Plans, coordinates, and directs a variety of related work operations or functions through one or more layers of supervision and two or more separate organizational segments, groups or work shifts for all operating systems Establishes a good working climate to encourage employees to participate in achieving management goals, and to promote efficient and economical work operations Implements programs including Waste Management, Chemical Water Treatment and Energy Management Serves a technical representative for matters involving maintenance and operation of the Integrated Monitoring Protection and Control Communications System (IMPACC) Cutler-Hammer (PowerNet System) and the Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems. Participates in the development, deployment and maintenance of the Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM).
