You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist supporting Flee Cyber Command/ US TENTH Intelligence Directorate of US FLEET CYBER COMMAND. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. Duties

You will Serves as a cyber target intelligence analyst and subject matter expert with full responsibility for provision of intelligence support to both operational and contingency planning efforts. You will and provide advice and assistance to naval component commands or Joint headquarters in planning cyber operations concepts, objectives, and formulation of supporting plans. You will You will conduct Joint targeting planning activities using various aspects of Target Systems Analysis (TSA), target development, target list development, capabilities analysis, and integration of plans into Joint Fires. You will help share targeting doctrine to advance cyberspaces as a warfare domain and assist the education of FLTCYBERCOM and Joint Force Headquarter Cyber (Navy) associated Task Forces in the application of targeting principles. You will provide advice and assistance to naval component commands or joint headquarters in planning cyber operations concepts, objectives, and formulation of supporting plans.

Requirements

• This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency (NSA) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)-accredited facilities and networks.
• The incumbent may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Incumbent may also be required to travel, both CONUS and OCONUS in the performance of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Produce intelligence targeting plan briefings and reports to determine acceptable courses of action; 2. Prepare cyber intelligence estimates, target systems analysis and coordination with other services to in accordance with organizational standards; 3.
