You will serve as a Supervisory Administration Support Specialist in the PLANS, POLICIES AND OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will provide assistance in the interpretation and application of personnel management policies and procedures.
You will disseminate budget guidance and maintains necessary financial records/controls to monitor resource execution.
You will be responsible for the review and oversight of a variety of administrative programs.
You will review military evaluations for administrative correctness and maintains records to ensure military performance reports are completed in accordance with current regulations.
You will be responsible to tracks all civilian request for personnel actions.
You will serve as the Human Resource Liaison for the Director, Strategy and Plans Division.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating the development and execution of service plans and polices related to organization, development and employment.
