As a Supervisory Attorney-Advisor, Manager (Attorney Honors Program), you will:
Manage the Attorney Honors Program, the entry-level recruitment program, and special projects for the Associate Chief Counsel. The Attorney Honors Program is a developmental program of one year followed by full-time employment for recent law school graduates, including individuals who are completing a judicial clerkship.
This position is located in the Office of Chief Counsel, Washington, DC.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Experience supervising attorneys and administrative staff in performing functions in support of the Chief Counsel's Office;
Experience mentoring or providing leadership to other attorneys or staff members (e.g. informal, formal or ad-hoc);
Experience managing or participating in the management of a recruitment program for attorneys within CCO;
Experience managing special projects that usually involve cross-cutting legal issues requiring work with internal and external stakeholders.
AND
Must be an active member of the bar of a State, U.S. commonwealth, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia.
Current OCC employees must have a performance rating of at least Level 3 overall and for all critical performance elements to be eligible for promotion.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

Education
You must have graduated with a J.D. or an LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
