Duties
Develop policies, guidelines, and standards for the planning, development, integration, implementation, and evaluation of information technology (IT) systems and subsystems that meet overall information needs of multiple major organizational units.
Develop policies, guidelines, and/or standards to develop, integrate, and/or implement IT systems and subsystems.
Design and/or implemented an integrated enterprise architecture for a major Marine Corps or corporate organization, such as a directorate or major division.
Provide technical expertise and develop policies and guidelines for customer support services. Develop service level agreements (SLAs). Resolve delivery of services issues and explore ways of upgrading or enhancing the level of services provided.
Manage IT projects with high complexity or risk, such as integration of Marine Corps-wide systems that included large-scale enterprise resource planning.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in applying, advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices. Develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of services throughout the Marine Corps. Provide expert technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical IT issues; apply new developments to previously unsolvable problems; and make decisions or recommendations that significantly influence important Marine Corps IT policies or programs; ; IT security concepts, standards, and methods; project management principles. Prepares and presents briefings to senior management officials on complex/controversial issues. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
