You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Training Management Branch of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will provide integrated logistics support (ILS) task leadership for the training and training support management functions in a matrixed workforce of assigned weapon programs; monitoring task execution and completion.
You will demonstrate technical knowledge and skill in the application of the end-to-end process for curriculum development across a variety of Littoral Warfare, Expeditionary, Airborne, Surface programs.
You will demonstrate a knowledge of required Navy training acquisition documents such as Navy Training System Plan (NTSP), Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), and Front-End Analysis (FEA).
You will advise others based on your knowledge of Training and Training Support policies, while performing overarching management of curriculum development efforts to support the goals and objectives for division-assigned programs.
You will lead, coach and mentor team members based on your leadership knowledge and experience.
You will communicate, coordinate, and collaborate effectively with in-house and/or external teams, both orally and written.
You will provide updates and monitor Integrated Master Schedules to ensure division-assigned programs meet the training and training support requirements during all phases of acquisition and sustainment.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to perform occasional sea duty.
Qualifications
FOR NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience overseeing, supporting or performing training logistic functions for curriculum development related to Logistic Products, Programs and Processes for systems, programs or equipment.
