About the Position: This position will serve as a Supervisory Training Administrator within the Combined Arms Center for Training (CAC-T), Training Management Directorate (TMD), Operations & Integration Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Duties
As as Supervisory Training Administrator, you will perform duties to include, but not limited to the following:
Provides executive oversight on policy and regulatory matters involving TMD’s operational activities and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing training and daily taskings/requirements.
Reviews and assigns taskings from higher headquarters and outside activities to the appropriate subordinate organization.
Analyzes a wide variety of issues concerning policy, operations, and procedures, particularly those requiring review and coordination across the Training Management proponent functions.
Monitors, creates, design, plans, advise, develops, reviews, implements and evaluates new training methodology, concepts, policies, programs and strategies for designated training programs.
Exercises supervision over the daily activities of a full-time staff assigned to assist in carrying out the staff functions.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel may be required up to 5%.
- Must submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, 30 August 1993.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) planning and coordinating all phases of projects related to training and training development; 2) apply ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) Model to new training concepts, theories, strategies and/or training techniques, and 3) review, implement, and evaluate new training methodology, concepts, policies, programs and strategies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
