Duties

Manages all swimming lessons and instructs when scheduled at the assigned aquatics facility Develops swim program according to students' ability and promotes students to higher level of swimming according to their skills Instructs all levels of swimming and appropriate strokes, to include; front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly Teach students from age groups of infant through adults Introduces and instructs safety and survival skills to students, when appropriate to level of instruction

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• A physical is required
• Possess and Maintain: CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety Instructor Certifications by date of employment
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a childcare Tier 1 background investigation
