You will serve as a Management and Data Program Analyst (Operations) for the Chief of Navy Chaplains, Operations Division whose mission is to advise the Chief of Navy Chaplains on issues related to operations, current and future plans, training, analytics, and the status of the Chaplain Corps across the Fleet. The duty station is the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
Duties
You will perform in-depth analyses of Chaplain Corps religious ministry across all enterprises and echelons to ensure the Navy's ability and agility to respond with effective Command Religious Programs (CRP)
You will conduct in-depth statistical data analysis of reporting from the Religious Ministry Analytics Tool (RMAT) and the product lines found within to determine adjustments needed in the execution of effective CRPs.
You will provide predictive analysis to advise leaders in the language of analytical research regarding the impact of institutional religious ministry in the sea services.
You will research and analyze historical and legacy systems data to produce trend analysis of Chaplain Corps religious ministry to identify potential areas of religious ministry improvement.
You will provide metrics for community health that drive measurable performance improvement
You will perform predictive trend analysis to advise senior leaders on ways to reduce destructive behaviors.
You will provide analytics linked to evidence-based practice (EBP) to improve spiritual care that demonstrates the value of chaplains to the DON by using scientific measurements.
You will function as the Operations Officer for the Metrics Governance Board (MGB).
You will provide training and education to chaplains and Religious Program Specialists.
You will manage the assessment development project, integrating quantitative and qualitative analysis, with entities across the Department of the Navy.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector using qualitative and quantitative techniques to perform the following:
1) Analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs.
2) Use data programs such as Tableau and Microsoft BI and no code/low code cloud based applications.
3) Use information technology (IT) for analysis, records storage and management, and development of graphics for senior level briefs.
4) Perform analyses of existing processes to ensure ability and agility to respond with effectiveness
5) Conduct statistical data analysis of reporting from the metrics and product lines to determine adjustments needed in the effective execution
6) Provide predictive analysis to advise leaders in the language of analytical research regarding the impact of institutional programs.
7) Research and analyze historical and legacy systems data to produce trend analysis
8) Perform predictive trend analysis to advise senior leaders on ways to reduce destructive behaviors or inefficiencies.
9) Lead project management team developing new capabilities or expanding existing capabilities.
