About the Position: This position is located at the 90th MDG, FE Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming.

Duties
Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
Responsible for programs to include cybersecurity liaison, Government Travel Card, Defense Travel System, drug demand reduction, fitness, Government Purchase Card, safety, security, supply, civilian timecard and unit recognition.
Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.
Acts as the point of contact for all newly assigned personnel; orients them regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduces them to key personnel and schedules their initial training/orientation requirements.
Assigns suspenses to all staff personnel to support the commander/director.
Identifies and responds to trends of programs and keeps them operating at or above satisfactory levels.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
- Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
- Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience and/or education requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in administration of management programs; preparing administrative reports; and maintaining office records/files of various types. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
OR
Education: A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as business, healthcare administration or other applicable fields.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 9. Add the two percentages.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-05).
