Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
Ability to Lead or Supervise as a Maintenance Worker Supervisor (Trails), WS-4749-07 (SCREEN OUT)
Knowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation Repair, etc.
Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic)
Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprints reading)
If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration. To minimally qualify, your resume must show the following: experience supervising day-to-day planning and coordination of a professional trail work program for a dispersed organization; supervised at least five employees at a time, including Trails laborers and maintenance workers; responsible for planning efforts for a complex trails system. The field aspect of this supervision has included needs assessments, protection of resources, the acceptance, amendment, or rejection of ongoing and completed work, and instruction of crew leads in work requirements, safety, methods, and procedures; created and adjusted logistics, work schedules, crew assignments, and methods as needed; identified and corrected job safety and health hazards, instructed employees on safety requirements, and directed periodic inspection of workplaces. The administrative aspect of this supervision has included employee development, training, and performance, in accordance with proper administrative policies and Equal Opportunity principles, as well as documentation of accomplishments and project submission.
