This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Operational Support Division, Office of Investigative Technology.
This position(s) primary purpose is to support the Office of Investigative Technology mission with administrative, program/project management, and technical support for the use and application of investigative technology specific to information technology and telecommunications.

As a Management and Program Analyst, your typical work assignments may include:
Analyzing administrative and financial requirements for various program and projects.
Providing support to project management activities as action plans, reports, assessments, or other information that evidences requirements, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
Evaluating, budget and financial management obligations for programs and projects.
Determining fiscal budget and human resources requirements and controls expenditures.
Developing dashboards, presentations, or formal documents detailing the use of financial resources; determining the effectiveness of their allocation; and identifying potential shortfalls in funding.
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the Specialized Experience requirements as noted below. Qualification claims will be subject to verification.
GS-11:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to a GS-09 grade level performing the following duties: 1) Assisting with the developing of reports, briefing documents, and action plans of programs or projects to managers and leaders throughout the organizations; 2) Accounting for the utilization of resources or drafting formal documents to request and justify additional resources; 3) Tracking and monitoring of financial resources and expenditures; OR
3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree; or Ph.D.or equivalent doctoral degree; OR
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
GS-12:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to a GS-11 level performing the following duties; 1) Developing of reports, briefing documents, and action plans that convey the status of programs or projects to managers and leaders throughout the organizations; 2) Developing dashboards, presentations, or formal documents detailing the use of financial resources; 3) Leveraging data collection and organization applications (i.e. PowerBI, Excel, Tableu) to analyze information.
Specialized experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. One year of specialized experience for this position includes:
