This position is located in the Office of Field Operations - Central, Detroit Field Division in Detroit, Michigan.

Requirements

Qualifications

To qualify for GS-15 candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-14. This is a non-bargaining unit position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience include: Planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating firearms and explosives regulatory programs; AND Supervising a field staff of Industry Operation Investigators; AND Briefing and advising personnel at a National and Headquarter level on programs and issues related to regulatory matters.
