This position is located in the Division of Risk Management Supervision (RMS), Dallas Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of assisting, conducting, supervising, or directing examinations of insured depository institutions with special emphasis on trust and securities activities.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-13: Applicant must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 12 level or above in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience as a Commissioned Examiner in the FDIC or another organization with comparable commissioning criteria to that used by the FDIC's Division of Risk Management Supervision. Such experience includes experience that has provided the candidate with the knowledge and ability to perform examinations of insured depository institutions relating to trust and securities activities to evaluate the safety, soundness, and risk posed to the insurance fund.
CG-14: Applicant must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 13 level or above in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience as a Commissioned Examiner in the FDIC or another organization with comparable commissioning criteria to that used by the FDIC's Division of Risk Management Supervision. Such experience includes assessing risk posed by trust and security activities in financial institutions, and analyzing reports of complex examinations, applications, and investigations to prepare summaries of findings, memoranda, and recommendations.
Must be a commissioned examiner.
