Duties
You will possess a working knowledge of managing a computer and network enclave and ensuring the integration of IT programs and services.
You will develop solutions to integration/interoperability challenges.
You will manage design, development, of IT security systems that meet current and future requirements, and apply or extend, enhance, or optimize the existing architecture.
You will manage assigned projects, communicating complex technical requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of installed systems and services.
You will provide advice on devising and communicating solutions to a wide range of IT challenges.
You will perform Cybersecurity Work Force (CWF) related customer support functions including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements.
You will provide end user support for all Cybersecurity (CS) related applications.
You will manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area (802) IT Project Manager level Intermediate within 12 months of appointment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band level NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing, planning, analyzing, developing, evaluating maintaining, or enhancing an Information Security (INFOSEC) programs and services to ensure the integration/ interoperability, and availability of secure systems, networks, or data.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

Education
The following education may be substituted for specialized experience:
A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks; OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
