Duties
Experience using demand/supply chain applications, such as SAP, JDA, COPA, NDMS, SAS, and DSS, related to functional processes including system functionality and business capabilities.
Experience with Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) applications related to functional processes including system functionality and business capabilities.
Experience with organizational Key Performance Indicators, such as Material Availability, Time to Award, Order Response Time, and GDP Fill Rate.
Analyzing demand and supply chain data.
Recommending changes in how the demand/supply chain process is executed, including system changes or other process improvements.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Lead Demand/Supply Chain Analyst position your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) or competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
