About the Position: Serves as a Supervisor for ceremonial flag support, CRSP (Central Receiving Shipping Point), Transportation cell in the Support Operations for the Assistant Chief of Staff for logistics, G-4; with the responsibility over work operations in the specific areas.

Duties

Directs and provides all installation ceremonial flag support for MEDCoE command and surrounding agencies. Monitors all activities regarding the CRSP (Central Receiving Shipping Point) operation for MEDCoE to ensure safety is being adhered to Plans and schedules work, adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares work schedules

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes extensive knowledge of regulations on ceremonial flag support including principles, procedures, techniques, and common practices to perform ceremonial duty requirements; providing all installation ceremonial flag support for command and surrounding agencies; serving as a supervisor for a group of employees engaged in supply and protocol functions; gathering information in support of flags, and docks management; providing regulatory expertise in interpretation, application, and implementation for procedures pertaining to flag support; reviewing instructions received for flag support, and ensuring proper arrangements are made for adequate personnel, and materials, at prescribed work site. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
