You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Director, Navy Staff (DNS) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will develop, organize and present concepts, policy, and program options.
You will plan and coordinate at the executive level.
You will develop strategic solutions for long term sustainability and continued organizational growth.
You will lead the Learning to Action Drive Team in the development of strategic planning, execution and overall mission related activities.
You will oversee and direct the development of metrics, graphs, charts and briefing materials as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience demonstrates performing duties such as the following:
1. Understanding organizational construct to include operational, acquisition and service commands supporting Sailors;
2. Communicating both up and down senior levels of command to support executive decisions and actions while also advocating on behalf of lower echelons for support;
3. Negotiating and working across organizational commands to build collaborative solutions to complex problems without delegated or formal authority.
4. Having the ability to think strategically and provide senior leaders with recommendations, opportunities and programs to meet current challenges and mitigate future risks; and
5. Using leadership skills to manage projects, support team development and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
