DCSA's DOD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) is seeking a Prevention Assistance & Response (PAR) Coordinator to provide technical assistance to the installation and tenant Commander(s) in addressing matters concerning PAR. This is an excellent opportunity for those with experience with prevention, security, law enforcement, insider threat, PAR operational issues, and/or program management. Relocation assistance may be authorized!

Duties

As an Insider Threat Assessment Analyst (PAR Coordinator) you will be responsible for the following duties: * Communicate effectively to DITMAC leadership, installation Prevention and Resilience Program Managers, Commanders, and to PAR coordinators in the field * Evaluate operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement change related to violence prevention * Facilitates proactive action to mitigate insider risk and support DoD personnel or DoD-affiliated personnel on the installation. * Support the development of metrics to support DOD ROI * Coordinate across DCSA and DOD to enable effective program implementation

You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
