The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Lead, plan, and prepare briefings, reports, and presentations to organizational leadership, senior policymakers, and senior United States (U.S.) Government agencies and USG officials in a manner that meets their specified requirements and provide expert analysis and recommendations that ensure IC strategic plans and programs align with strategic objectives.
Build partnerships with IC agencies and external IC customers to build IC-wide metrics capabilities, share data, and strengthen feedback measurements to enable IC-wide analytics to inform strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
Lead the implementation and institutionalization of a framework to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics of the Intelligence Community's mission performance.
Lead collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure appropriate and effective engagement.
Lead the development and advancement of multiple data-driven mission performance assessments, including creating effective visualizations and written material for senior stakeholders to communicate trends and patterns.
Lead IC-wide communities of interest to identify existing sources of relevant data to advance the IC ability measure value. When data is lacking, work with stakeholders to collect required data.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Superior ability to conduct external outreach and to build communities of interest.
Expert knowledge in executing IC studies, assessments, or evaluations or in performance measurement.
Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment.
Experience demonstrating insight into the IC's structure, roles and responsibilities, and intelligence capabilities.
Expert knowledge of IC organizations' missions in order to develop the national-level strategies and policies necessary to support U.S. national security and foreign policy interests.
Superior ability to exercise independent judgment on time-sensitive issues and work collaboratively across the IC.
Desired Requirements:
Strong, acumen in assembling and interpreting data to examine issues of leadership interest, communicate analytic findings verbally and in writing, and to suggest and evaluate courses of action.
Expert writing reports and creating visualization products for executive presentation of analysis and findings.
Superior experience in one or more intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT or all-source analysis).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
