You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will track changes to the Fleet Readiness requirement and funding for each cycle and for each program.
You will prepare and maintain accurate Fleet Readiness financial documents.
You will recommend efficiency / streamline opportunities.
You will manage various efforts which cross branches including fiscal management, strategic planning.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For GS-14
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Gathering, analyzing, organizing, and presenting data and supporting analyses.
2) Utilizing office automation tools/techniques to design/generate reports, briefing materials and/or similar documents.
3) Organizing and leading special study teams and task forces with members from multiple organizations.
4) Identifying problems and developing innovative solutions.
5) Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluation readiness and logistics management programs and activities.
6) Applying principles, concepts, policies and procedures within the Program Budget Information System database.
For GS-13
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
