You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the Industrial Hygiene, Warfighter Optimization Directorate of NMRTC CAMP PENDLETON CA.
Duties
You will provide support to program analyst, program manager and/or program office by organizing, collecting and analyzing project or program information.
You will coordinate effort to obtain workload data to track progress in meeting objectives.
You will prepare reports describing problems that are causing significant delays or costs and the corrective actions needed or taken.
You will post and update master program milestones.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience provides direct support to the industrial hygiene program office though administrative and clerical functions, information management, and program analysis.
Experience preparing correspondence, reports, forms and other documents; inspects for proper format, spelling, and grammar in accordance with the Navy Correspondence Manual and the U.S. Navy Style Guide, tracks internal and external correspondence to completion.
Experience facilitating the classification, labeling, filing, storage, archiving, and disposal of official records. Self-audits for conformity with the Information Assurance and Records Management Program.
Experience attending meetings, monitors process changes, and documents program milestones, reviews draft policies for consistency with higher directives and ensures proper distribution.
Experience performing office automation to streamline program processes and production, serves as contact point on forms design, revision, and control.
Experience answering and/or routing written and oral inquiries to the program office, coordinates and documents in-person and virtual classroom and training events.
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat to manipulate data and meet various report and presentation formats.
Experience performing limited resource management of consumables and non-serialized equipment, such as building keys, office supplies, etc.
