About the Position: Serve as the Supervisor to the Tool Room and Supply operations for the Ammunition Operations Quality Control Branch who receive, store, identify, issue, and deliver items used by production personnel.

Duties

Plan distribution, prescribe deadlines and sequence of work on a day-to-day or project-to-project basis for subordinates. Explain all work requirements, methods, procedures, specific hazards, and safety precaution to all personnel. Ensure all personnel, materials and equipment required for operations are at designated work site. Review work in progress and upon completion. Perform performance management including but not limited to setting performance standards, scheduling, and approving leave, counseling employees and position management.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
