Duties
You will be a member of team providing technical support and advice to co-workers, employees, and supervisors at various levels of the organization and as necessary researching answers to customer questions.
You will apply Federal civilian personnel regulations, processes, and procedures.
You will prepare and review paperwork to be processed and ensures the paperwork is complete and accurate before and after processing.
You will administer the onboarding process for new hires ensuring the proper forms are completed and that the new hires are brought onboard in a timely and effective manner.
You will utilize Human Resources online programs, such as DCPDS, USA Staffing and Onboarding Manager, E-Verify, and Civilian Workflow Automation (CWA) tool.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing technical support and advice to coworkers, employees, and supervisors at various levels of an organization;2) Researching regulations, processes, and procedures to advise others; 3) Preparing and reviewing paperwork to be processed, ensuring completeness and accuracy; 4) Utilizing computer systems and online tools.
