This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the STRL Direct Support Direct Hire Authority. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

You will provide advice and resources to managers in recruiting, hiring, and delivering the right people to support the warfighter. You will develop and implement annual recruiter training. You will administer annual recruitment events and recruiter assignments. You will conduct event and recruitment source analysis. You will perform special studies and participate in working group meetings with program managers, planners, and key officials.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

For the DA-03 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band or grade level (GS-05/08) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising customer on staffing solutions; 2) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, researching and gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions; 3) Planning and organizing work and events; and 4) Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, verbally, and in writing. For the DA-02 Level: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the DA-01 pay band or grade level (GS-01/04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: 1) analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) planning and organizing work; and 3) communicating effectively orally and in writing. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: General Schedule Qualification Standards (opm.gov) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Education

For the DA-03 Level:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree; 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).

For the DA-02 Level:
The following education may be substituted for experience: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in any field leading to a bachelor's degree, in an accredited college or university. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED).
