About the Position: Serves as a Contract Performance Evaluator in the Directorate of Public Works.
Duties
Oversees on-going planning and coordination of integrated procurement actions applicable to contracts administered for both the government and contractors.
Performs final review of all transmittals.
Performs General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) transactions by creating and adjusting Purchase Requisitions and miscellaneous pay invoices; creating projects in cProjects; and submitting labor entries into GFEBS.
Manages and serves as a primary source of verified data to execute ISR and CLS reports.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Duties involve quarterly inspections at contractor facilities and work sites; therefore, protective clothing and safety equipment and compliance with established safety precautions are mandatory.
- ncumbent must possess and/or be able to obtain and maintain an Alaska Driver's License, required to operate vehicle while commuting across the installation and to contractors facilities and/or work sites.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually.
