This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the OFFICE OF FACILITIES SUPPORT. As an Electrician, you will install, modify, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair the electrical/electronic components of an industrial facility and associated equipment such as AC and DC power distribution systems; Security intrusion detection systems; Industrial battery trucks; CCTV and monitor installations; food preparation and service units and conventional building systems.

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Selective Factor: This job requires an active Journeyman and/or Master Electricians license. You must meet the screen-out element: Ability to do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (Screen-out), normally addressed at the beginning of the online questions. Minimally qualifying experience is defined as, Journeyman and/or Master Electrician work on commercial and industrial facility and production equipment. Performing recurring tasks with normal supervision and receiving instructions on new work, while all unusual situations were referred to the supervisor for assistance. In addition, you must also obtain an average score of two (2) for the following elements for this position as addressed through the online question in order to be considered minimally qualified.
