The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Management Analyst with responsibility for supporting the Commander Support Staff's programs for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Hill Divisions and other support offices, which includes military and civilian personnel.

Assists the commander in the management of all administrative support functions
Serves as the subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs
Serves as the POC and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues
Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to apply to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of Directorate and other supported offices operations.
Knowledge of the mission, major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and operations of the Directorate and other supported offices and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC).
Knowledge of management and organizational principles and practices along with a knowledge of human resource functions. e.g., civilian personnel, military personnel, and manpower, to develop and implement integrated approaches and solutions to significant human resource concerns and issues.
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to achieve stated positions or to make an adequate case for a particular strategy which may or may not be readily accepted, but is the best solution to achieve overall Directorate, other supported offices, and AFLCMC goals.
Skilled in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity.
Ability to utilize the AFLCMC Resource Management Information Systems (RMIS) to develop and utilize various reports in the analysis of human resource information necessary for strategic workforce planning.
