About the Position: The person in this position will perform the duties of the Customer Service Representative (OA) for the USA MEDDAC, Logistics Division, Materiel Branch, Fort Drum, New York. This individual will provide a variety of clerical, administrative, and associated typing/automation duties related to processing and managing supply request documents and information.
Duties
Manage the supply requests.
Provide information about the services available through the MEDDAC.
Coordinate with supply order requestors when documentation is incomplete or erroneous.
Prepare reports of supply requests and customer transactions.
Enter all Work Documents in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS).
Use logistics database or spreadsheet software to enter, revise and retrieve data.
Maintain Master Files consisting of active orders, cancelled orders, suspense, awaiting information, and a variety of others.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing a variety of clerical/office automation duties in support of an organization; preparing supply orders to replenish inventory stock; providing guidance to personnel on applicable regulations and procedures and utilizing automated systems to maintain office records for organizational accountability.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
