This position is located in the Corporate University, Headquarters Office in Washington, DC of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in planning, procuring, implementing, maintaining, and managing all information technology equipment, software, and hardware used by Corporate University to support the learning and development of FDIC employees and external participants attending FDIC-sponsored training.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 11 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in maintaining and troubleshooting information technology equipment, software, and hardware used for delivering educational training programs; assisting in the development of technical solutions; and assessing the currency and efficiency of learning and development systems and equipment.
