About the Position: Position is located at the Equal Employment Opportunity Office at Fort Stewart, Georgia providing direction and managing the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program for the installation.

Duties

Direct and manage the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program. Manage the processing and disposition of all individual and class EEO Complaints. Ensure cooperation with EEO Counselors and EEO personnel in prompt processing/investigation and resolution of complaints. Determine the need for and initiates action to obtain adequate personnel, funds, and equipment to manage a viable, model EEO program.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
