You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will conduct annual and/or bi-annual program reviews to maintain cognizance of programs sponsored by N95/953.
You will recommend policy, and plans crafted to support strategic messaging and/or decision making for senior military and civilian executives and officials.
You will serve as a program analyst for Future Amphibious Ships in order to provide leadership and expertise on requirements and programming.
You will provide continuity of Future Amphibious Combatants and Combatant Craft programs
You will make decisions on work problems presented by subordinates, other expert analysts, or by contracts.
You will assist in the coordination of the development, planning, approval, execution, and briefing of Gate reviews and JCIDS documents
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following:
1. Having knowledge of ship program management, amphibious ship requirements, ship programs requirements and resourcing strategy development;
2. Understanding of advanced management principles and practices;
3. Planning, programming, budgeting and execution; and
4. Monitoring of execution rates and contractual performance
