This position is in Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA); Office of Compliance (OC); Enforcement Targeting and Data Division (ETDD); Data Systems and Information Management Branch (DSIMB); ICIS Customer Support Section (CSS). About: OECA.
This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.*Work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized as described in the Benefits section.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as providing national direction for and support the use of compliance and enforcement information management systems.Your application package will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of work and administrative matters
Skill in oral communication and counseling employees on both work and administrative matters
Ability to evaluate and develop performance standards of subordinates, and perform work force analyses
Knowledge of EPA compliance monitoring and enforcement programs and information systems
Ability to establish national policy for information systems and compliance and enforcement partners
Knowledge of Agency data standards
Knowledge of Agency contract management policies and federal regulations
Skill in interpersonal and administrative organization and coordination
Skill in collaboration and creative solutions
Ability to initiate and inform new initiatives and IT development
Ability to analyze data to make or facilitate informed decisions
Ability to evaluate professional opinions affecting environmental information policy issues
Skill in developing strategies to ensure that information collecting and management effectively support the Agency's mission
Ability to analyze the effectiveness of major programs and information policies
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
