This position is a temporary not-to-exceed 1039 hours (about 6 months) position. The position my be terminated sooner or extended depending on management needs or workload. The typical season is April through October. Anticipated Entry on Duty: April, 2024

Duties
This position performs journeyman level carpentry work and selective demolition and repairs to existing structures for air and weather-tight assemblies.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:
ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT)
KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION, REPAIR, ETC.
TECHNICAL PRACTICES (i.e., skill in painting, drywall and other interior and exterior building maintenance.)
ABILITY TO INTERPRET INSTRUCTIONS, SPECIFICATIONS, ETC. (includes blueprint reading)
MEASUREMENT AND LAYOUT
ABILITY TO USE AND MAINTAIN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
