You will serve as a Program Support Specialist in the HROM of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

You will coordinate and negotiate budget support from customer commands for HR support for agencies for employee development. You will ensure timely reminders of upcoming courses, registrations as needed, setup on the various facilities and entry into secured areas such as the Navy Annex, and determines need for standby lists. You will oversee the execution of the Workforce Development budget allocated to agencies. You will coordinate training room uses such set up, troubleshoot, makes minor repairs or arrange replacement, and operate equipment contained in said room. You will ensure that the Director and Deputy Director's office remains properly manned and ensures smooth operation on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions; makes timely/effective recommendations, based on potential implications of findings or conclusions. Critically evaluates to identify the causes of problems, and chooses courses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders. Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines short- or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinates with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals; monitors progress and evaluates outcomes.
