About the Position: The Presidio of Monterey Public Affairs Office provides timely and accurate information about the Presidio of Monterey, its facilities, people and missions to the public and members of the news media.

Duties

Serve as webmaster and social media manager. Regularly updates written and visual material published on the home page. Employee researches, interviews, writes, and edits copy for the Presidio of Monterey web page and post online publication. Manage technical support for problems related to the website, including evaluations of hypertext markup language (HTML codes) and graphic/audio compatibilities. Produce quality designs to be incorporated into the website, post publication, and other applications.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
