Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Duties
Serve as the Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) Director within Marine and Family Programs, Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) with staff cognizance over MCFTB functions, including: Readiness and Deployment Support Training; Family Readiness Program Training; Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills, (L.I.N.K.S.) training; LifeSkills training and education; Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO); and Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP). Oversee administration, management, coordination, development, and execution of all MCFTB services. Reports to the MCCS Director or designated representative.

Qualifications
Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekend and nighttime family briefs/programs. Must be able to travel in order to support MCTFB functions. Performs other related duties as assigned. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.BACHELOR’S DEGREE from an accredited college or university in a related field appropriate to the work of position AND FOUR YEARS of experience in the occupation, or a related field or work area, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skills equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. The following is required: Professional knowledge to evaluate military life conditions impacting personal and family readiness of Marines and their families and support systems existing in public and private sectors. Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written). Knowledge of military structure and protocol; executive management and leadership skills at a level to effectively plan, coordinate and direct MCFTB services and operations; a thorough knowledge of business practices, economic principles and ability to analyze trends and make improvements; knowledge of military life, family dynamics, separation, effects of deployments, and ability to assess needs, measure effectiveness and make improvements; skills to deal effectively with social, family and individual problem situations; ability to deal effectively with superiors, subordinates, vendors, and the public. Must be able to give briefs in various settings to senior leadership and a variety of audiences. Skill to supervise employees in the accomplishment of work. Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries and State Criminal History Repository Check (CNACI) background checks which are required for positions that involve working with children under the age of 18.
