About the position: This position will be assigned to the Marketing team at Hill AFB.
This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours weekly, and with benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave).

Duties
Works under the direction of the Marketing Director to plan, develop, deploy, and maintain 75/FSS Website, digital content, mobile app, social media content; assists with creation of marketing collateral, surveys, graphics, photography/videography and campaigns. Using highly developed organizational skill, serves as primary Web and digital content administrator ensuring content is current and accurate, site is functional and operational 24/7; Updates, adds, deletes, revises content based on information provided by the Marketing Office or approved input from leadership, Flight Chiefs, managers on daily basis. Position requires writing, editing, and designing content for digital publishing. Designs and develops multi-platform digital interactive multimedia consistent with non-digital media, site animation, GIFs, live streaming feeds, and special-effects elements. Assists coworkers with projects/tasks, creating/ distributing a variety of marketing materials across various platforms. Works with Marketing Director to ensure digital content meets squadron and mission objectives, properly reflecting AF standards. Works with AF agencies governing web content/security to ensure all regulations and DoD guidelines are met. Uses a variety of web, social media, multimedia, and graphics platforms, applications, techniques, plugins, apps, and tools. Continuously explores, recommends, uses, and optimizes communication methods and technologies to engage with customers, and to maximize the squadron's branding, products and services; identifies relevant new strategies/technologies/industry trends; creates and boosts customers' engagements, brand exposure and applies them into operations and activities. Assists Marketing Director in developing communication strategies to determine the most effective and efficient method of reaching the target market. Assists in administering surveys, focus groups, collecting data, tabulating responses, and analyzing results. Creates and administers interactive online forms, documents, tracks and reports user analytics, statistics, SEO, other metrics, and aggregate data for each platform. Must be flexible and attend FSS events and programs (day/evening/ weekend/holiday) to provide media coverage including live streaming. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other duties include but not limited to: collateral update in all FSS facilities, weekly briefings presentations promoting the squadron and events.

Qualifying Experience:
Degree with emphasis in Web design, marketing, communicating, and/or design is desirable. Must have a thorough and complete understanding of Web and digital media technologies, enabling comprehensive, exacting website maintenance and operation, and knowledge of programming language. Must possess superior reading, writing and comprehension skills. Demonstrable working knowledge of fundamental marketing communication and ability to understand marketing strategies, concepts, and campaign objectives. Skilled in developing media materials and knowledge of a wide range of visual communication, illustration, graphics, media, perspective, design, layout principles, balance and contrast, and concepts for the conception, planning and precise execution of a variety of projects in very fast-paced production environment. Operation and production, tablets, smartphones, computers, printers, and other production equipment tools. Works with and communicates effectively, accurately, and professionally with team members and internal/external customers. Thorough knowledge of HTML, Java Script, Photoshop, hardware/software applications and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze and resolve website issues. Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner and provide a copy of driving record. Successful completion of Access National Agency Check with Inquiries (ANACI) is required. This is a drug tested designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
