You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS BRANCH of 4TH MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will gather facts, define problems, and explore alternate solutions to facilities requirements concerning the Recruiting Facilities Management Program (RFMP).
You will manage the District's General Service Administration leased vehicle program.
You will oversee the District's safety program ensuring the Command's Headquarters and all stations comply with established federal standards, Marine Corps Orders, and where applicable, local policies.
You will resolve logistical problems reported by subordinate commands.
You will adjust budget and logistics plans to address unforeseen developments.
You will manage the Command's annual training program.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Modifying standard Integrated Logistics System management practices and procedures to solve varied problems related to program requirements for resources, funds, manpower, facilities, telephones, communications and supporting services.
