Duties
Serves as the custodial administrator for the Department of Defense Activity Address Directory(DoDAAD) and the Military Assistance Program Address Directory (MAPAD), MILSBILLS Fund Code and MILSTRIP Routing Identifier and Distribution Code.
Ensures the functional requirements of DLA, the military services, civil agencies, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers are fully integrated into the DAAS transaction processing systems.
Represents the organization on DoD level committees which determine the format for DoD logistics transactions.
Maintains cognizance of current and evolving DLA, military services', civil agencies, and Foreign Military Sales customer supply policies, procedures, and systems to ensure DAAS logistics systems and processes can support customer requirements.
Oversee the administrative work of the Headquarters (HQs) DLA financial resources staff personnel who support DLA Transaction Services financial planning and execution functions.
Leads and supervises a team of Supply and IT specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Serves as the primary point of contact for agency customers for all logistics support needs.
Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into actionable plans and solutions by providing technical expertise and guidance to customers on logistics processes, systems, and tools.
Develops and delivers training programs for customers on utilizing DAAS services and resources.
Identifies and resolves problems impacting customer logistics support, taking proactive measures to minimize disruptions.
Oversees the maintenance and administration of logistics information systems and designated databases.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supply Systems Analyst your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.. To qualify for the GS-13 level, a specialized experience must be at the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only),time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
-Analyzes customer functional requirements and assists in the design of Automated Information Systems (AIS) to support those requirements.
-Identifies and resolves customer logistics support problems related to the use of DAAS systems and processes to order materiel from the Defense Logistics Agency and the military services.
-Serves as functional expert/adviser to the Military Services, civil agencies and foreign military sales customers concerning established DLA policies, procedures and systems.
-Monitors and controls DAAS logistics database maintenance actions and resolves errors and incompatibilities.
