About the Position: This military technician position is with the 412th Theater Engineer Command, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 302 Maneuver Enhancement Brigade located at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts. Duties

Serve as a Supervisory Staff Administrator for an Army Reserve Brigade, Group, or comparable size element. Exercise supervision over the daily activities of a full time staff. Formulate plans and programs to insure consistent implementation of the Commander’s objectives. Provide advice to the Commander and staff on a variety of programs associated with carrying out the organization’s mission. Conduct analysis of programs and activities through the review of reports. Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and set and adjust short term priorities.

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP AS A SOLDIER IN THE U.S. ARMY RESERVE (USAR).
• This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
