This HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) position, is located within a Military Personnel Flight (MPF) of an Air National Guard (ANG) flying wing. and is part of the CA 146 AW.
Duties
THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION.
The primary purpose of the HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-9, is to administer and accomplish functions of one or more of the following human resources programs: Career Enhancements, Customer Service, Employments, Relocations, and/or Readiness.
Qualifications
General Experience: Possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs.
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-9: Must have at least 24 months experience operating a computer, utilizing multiple computer programs, and performing keyboard functions; Experience of human resources business elements and can discuss terminology, concepts, principles; Experience using reference and resource materials; Experience performing personnel functions; Experience managing personnel records and researching record data; and have at least 3 months working knowledge of National Guard missions, organizations, and personnel programs.
