This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will serve as the Business Operations Division Chief, developing and executing the DTMO IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with DTMO, DSSC, and DHRA strategy; develops IT architecture for DTMO systems, manages information assurance and privacy programs, develops requirements, oversees the analysis, design, testing, evaluation, and implementation of requirements, and provides overall support.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (BUSINESS OPERATIONS) at the GS-0343-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Responsible for the development and execution of the DTMO IT Strategy, ensuring its alignment with the overall DTMO, DSSC, and DHRA strategy; develops the IT architecture for DTMO systems, manages information assurance and privacy programs for the organization, develops requirements for enterprise initiatives, oversees the analysis, design, testing, evaluation, and implementation of those requirements
Prepares budgetary justifications and coordinates allocation of resources to implement IT plans and projects.
Oversees the certification and accreditation of Defense Travel applications and DTMO systems.
Develops DTMO Strategic Plan
Oversees support operations for DTMO, to include: the development and monitoring of performance metrics for travel programs and initiatives; development of strategic communication plans; cradle to grave acquisition processes to ensure DTMO obtains support services including support agreements; Government Purchase Card (GPC) transactions for required training and supplies.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service:
Plan, organize, and directs studies to develop near and long-term IT goals; make decisions and establish policies for acquiring hardware and software or cloud-based assets.
Oversees the certification and accreditation of IT systems.
Provide business support functions, to include the development of strategic plans, and Pre and Post award
