Experience may be obtained in the Federal or Private Sector and must demonstrate all of the following: Maintaining, operating, and testing secure communications equipment; and Providing transportation for senior executives and preparing advance packages for all official travel; and Analyzing and evaluating communications requirements for continuity programs.
