This National Guard position is for a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, Position Description Number D0910000 and is part of the PA United States Property and Fiscal Office, National Guard. 1 or more Position(s) may be hired against this Announcement.

Duties

As a SUPPLY SYSTEM ANALYST, GS-2003-09, you will provide troubleshooting and assistance to personnel in analyzing and resolving operational program problems through the application of automated supply systems. Apply downward and lateral directed technology enhancing computer support and managing analytical data. Coordinates with COS management and others when computer support is lost. Serves as the primary Client Support Administrator (CSA) for LRS. Monitors the use of all computer systems. Act as Supply Asset Tracking System (SATS) administrator. Perform other duties as assigned.

• This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.

Qualifications

APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Dual Status Excepted Service Technician position in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Bargaining Position AOC 1: NG Employees working at the location specified AOC 2: NG Employees of the Pennsylvania National Guard AOC 3: All Service Members of the Pennsylvania National Guard (to include Temporary Technicians) Military Grades: Enlisted: E1-E6 Supervisor for this position is SSG King GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Application must indicate 24 months experience, education, or training dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience, training, and education must show possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position to be filled.
