Duties

Maintain the infrastructure commensurate with overall host and tenant mission requirements and to achieve compliance with Army standards for common levels of support and the sustainment and modernization of the depot infrastructure. Develop policy for all program areas covered and ensures implementation across the installation. Review projects and make recommendations for action that commit the depot to expenditure of resources. Determine base operation goals and develop work plans and major milestones for the installation and major projects. Manage near and long-term infrastructure maintenance planning and project execution Provide contractual oversight over numerous performance work statements for a multi-million dollar contract Plan and execute all operational, administrative, and technical functions of the assigned program areas Resolve operational problems which affect major organizational segments, total program resources, budget execution and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Position is Non-Critical Sensitive (2) requiring a Secret security clearance; the incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 15% of the time.
  • This position requires submission of Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon entering the position and annually thereafter.
